Goal Statement
Now that I have completed my Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, I desire to continue and expand upon employment in the field of Instructional Design. Over the course of my degree and internship opportunities, I have captured artifacts as evidence of my comprehension and application of the skills required for a position in Instructional Design.

The Instructional Design and Technology program at the University of Tampa has prepared me for this field through the submission of various projects requiring the standard of IDs currently practicing. Some skills that I have gained and produced are as follows:

-
Proficient knowledge of instructional design strategies and models, including ADDIE, ARCS Model of Motivation, and Merrill's Principles of Instruction.
-
Creation of materials and content that are accessible to a wide audience of people of different abilities.
-
Collaboration with other skilled and creative aspiring Instructional Designers to create a cohesive brand of instruction in line with the needs of clientele.
