Human Performance Technology Report: Educating Students on Voter Registration

The following report regards a change management solution introduced by collaborators, Alyssa Garcia and Dai Holmes. The purpose of this project was to create and identify human performance technology measures in order to implement a new voter registration course. The pdf and Google Doc link show various stages of the change management process, including identifying stakeholders, creating an implementation plan, and utilizing instructional design theory.
